Novo Building Products is seeking a part-time Stocking Associate to service Lowe’s stores in Syracuse and Liverpool, stocking Novo materials and merchandising lumber and millwork. Schedule is 20 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday, 8am–5pm, with a consistent biweekly pattern.

Pay is $21.50 per hour. The role requires safety, professionalism, and effective communication with Lowe’s staff, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials as part of the stocking program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are expected.
• Basic math skills and self-motivation are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a retail stocking role.

Responsibilities

• Stock Novo products in Lowe’s stores within 36 hours of delivery receipt.
• Retrieve items from inventory and place in correct bin locations.
• Keep stock neat and properly displayed; straighten moulding and push back as needed.
• Return damaged pieces to appropriate locations and ensure credits are recorded.
• Maintain clean aisles and dispose of packing materials responsibly.
• Assist with store events and set/reset activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

The person in this position is responsible for servicing assigned Lowe's stores by fulfilling the requirements of the company’s Stocking Program with Lowe's, which includes stocking Novo materials that have been previously shipped to the store. This position merchandises/stocks lumber and millwork at different Lowe's stores in Syracuse and Liverpool.Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday, between 8am-5pm, about 20 hours per weekWe’re hiring for a part-time role with a consistent biweekly schedule.
