Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a part-time Stocking Specialist to service Lowe's stores in State College, Mill Hall, and Lewistown, PA. You will stock Novo materials, merchandise lumber/millwork, and ensure displays are neat while adhering to the Stocking Program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 8am-5pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with 10–15 hours per week. Benefits include medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Stock Novo products in Lowe's stores as part of the Stocking Program, within 36 hours of delivery to store inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising lumber and millwork at Lowe's stores in State College, Mill Hall, and Lewistown, PA.
• Maintain neat, tidy product displays and return items to proper locations.
• Communicate with Lowe's receiving department to confirm product availability.
• Assist with store events and other duties as assigned.

The person in this positionis responsible forservicing assigned Lowe's stores by fulfilling the requirements of the company’s Stocking Program with Lowe's, which includes stocking Novo materials that have been previously shipped to the store.This positionmerchandises/stocks lumber and millwork at Lowe's stores in State College, Mill Hall, and Lewistown, PA.

Schedule

Part-Time Opportunity - Must be available on and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 8am-5pm

We’rehiring fora part-time role with a consistent weekly schedule.You’llaverage 10/15 hours per week. This position is ideal for someoneseekingflexible, predictable hours while still making a meaningful contribution.

Pay

$20/hr.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure your safety while working inLowe’sstore, as well as the safety of those around you, including Lowe's personnel or Lowe's customers
• Be courteous and professional to the customer
• Communicate effectively with Lowe's store personnel
• ContactLowe’sreceiving department of the store youare responsible forto confirm the availability of products to be stocked
• Stock Novo products included in the Stocking Program within36 hoursof when they are delivered (after the materials have been received in the Lowe's system) unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe’s representatives
• Retrieve Novo products from inventory, break bundles, and stock products appropriately
• Ensure all Novo products that are stocked look neat/tidy:
• Straighten and push backmoulding,
• Return ALL products to their proper location.
• Stockmouldingin the proper bin locations.
• Perform culls and ensure Lowe’s has correctly received credit for damaged pieces found during the stocking process.
• Keep aisles free of debris during the stocking process.
• Clean up and properly dispose of all bundle ties and other packing materials.
• Return or arrange for the return of all carts and/or cattle racks to their proper location.
• Participate inspecial eventsfor customers (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training, etc.), as requested.
• Assistwith store set/reset activity, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license (Other than vision)
• Automobile Insurance coverage (you will need to provide proof)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience stocking customer stores.

Travel Requirements

• Travel to assigned Lowe's store(s) in a local geographic region.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking,bendingor twisting
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lifting 100 lbs. with the use of equipment orassistance
• Pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs.
