Job summary

CVS Health Omnicare is seeking a licensed pharmacist in Virginia for a part-time role at a closed-door long-term care facility. The schedule is Monday 9-5 with additional days as needed; weekends closed.

You will ensure accurate entry of orders, maintain security, and support patient care in a non-customer-facing setting. The role requires IV/Immunization credentials preferred, knowledge of DEA/state law, and flexibility to provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Virginia-licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• CVS Health Omnicare LTC experience preferred.
• Immunization and IV certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately and maintain order security.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and verify technician entry.
• Check labels, drug packaging, and accuracy of orders.
• Prepare and supervise sterile IV products if required.
• Maintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.
