Harvest Health MD, LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for on-site patient care. The LPN will obtain vital signs, administer medications, perform injections, assist with procedures, and document encounters in the medical record.

You will room patients, review histories, support preventive care, coordinate follow-ups, and reinforce treatment plans while collaborating with the primary care clinician on chronic disease management.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical care skills including vital signs, meds, injections, wound care and in-office procedures.
• Strong communication to educate patients and promote preventive health.
• Experience with EHR documentation and charting.
• Ability to work in a small primary care team with professionalism and respect.
• CPR/BLS certification and infection control adherence.
• Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred but not required.
