Job summary

New Season in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced LPN to join our clinic team. You will work under the supervision of the Medical Director or RN and Program Director to deliver compassionate care and support to patients during challenging times.

You’ll perform medication administration, inventory, and data documentation, while engaging with patients to ensure quality service. A Georgia LPN license is required, with strong medical knowledge and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in GA or multi-state.
• Pharmacy tech certification is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication supply.
• Maintain accuracy in daily medication accounting.
• Collect fees and perform cash reconciliation when needed.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing.
• Contact other centers to verify dosages.
• Administer required lab tests and record vital signs.
