Job summary

Beaumont is seeking an LPN for a part-time 32-hour biweekly shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, to join a vibrant retirement community in Bryn Mawr, PA. The LPN will provide comprehensive care, coordinate with residents, families, and providers, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

You will cross-train across Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Wellness, while supporting resident independence and dignity. A current PA LPN license and HIPAA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to work with staff and professionals.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete nursing care for residents.
• Coordinate care between residents, health care providers, families and staff.
• Cross-train in Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Wellness.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Document accurately per CMS and state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments per regulations.
• Attend care conferences and update plans as needed.
