Beaumont's retirement community in Bryn Mawr, PA seeks a Part Time LPN to oversee comprehensive resident care. You will coordinate care between residents, physicians, families and nursing staff, ensuring physical and psychosocial needs are met while promoting independence and autonomy.

The role requires cross-training in Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Wellness, and adherence to state and federal regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
