Job summary

Elegance Senior Living in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our care team for 3pm–11pm shifts on one day per week and every other weekend. You will provide hands-on nursing care, follow the resident care plan, and communicate resident needs to the Director of Health and Wellness.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license and comply with state requirements.
• Provide hands-on nursing care per the resident care plan.
• Maintain accurate documentation and orders in the care setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director, Health and Wellness on resident needs as needed.
• Provide hands-on care and nursing tasks per care plan.
• Provide clinical support and training for care staff.
• Assist in transcription of physicians’ orders and review new orders.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing in-service trainings.
• Foster teamwork and take initiative to support colleagues and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
