Job summary

Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) seeks a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care under the supervision of an RN or Provider. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with clinical teams.

The LPN will assist with care planning, education, and routine nursing duties, including medication administration and documentation. Training may require in-person, on-site attendance during the first week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Florida.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care under supervision of an RN or Provider.
• Assist with patient and family education.
• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
