Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure policy compliance.
- Complete required documentation and ensure accuracy of resident records.
- Assist in discharge planning and resident assessments.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards are followed.
