Qualifications

• License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing under ORC 4723; completion of an approved medication administration course.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care within scope of practice per Ohio Revised Code 4723.01–4723.40.
• Work under direction of RN, physician, dentist, podiatrist, or optometrist.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures and treatments including vital signs, dressings, catheters, NAS/feeding, and medication administration.
