Discovery Village at Tampa Palms in Tampa, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. You will support resident safety, dignity, and well-being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a community setting.

This part-time night shift (7 PM–6 AM) includes weekends, with a pay rate of $28–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license and meet state requirements.
• Minimum of two years of Licensed Nurse experience.
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
