Job summary

Vivo Healthcare – Gandy is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Tampa, FL to join our resident-focused nursing team. You will deliver direct care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support personal care while upholding clinical policies.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• Graduate of a state-approved LPN program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with wound care, catheter changes, and other nursing tasks.
• Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs.
• Document care provided in compliance with clinical policies.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
