FellowshipLIFE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role at Harrogate Village, Lakewood, NJ. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans for aging adults.

The ideal candidate has NJ LPN license, at least 2 years of experience in geriatric sub-acute or assisted living, strong communication and teamwork, CPR/BLS, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• New Jersey LPN license valid.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Clinical skills in geriatric sub-acute and assisted living.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care.

Essential Functions

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
