Vivie is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota for a part-time role within our Housing division. The schedule runs 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minnesota LPN license is required.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with seniors in long-term care, home care, or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass state background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and document changes to update the care plan.
• Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments.
• Communicate with residents and families about health, treatments, and side effects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Nursing Assistants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
