- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear communication.
- Ability to pass a state background check and work with a diverse population.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health and document changes to update the Plan of Care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and manage medication carts.
- Educate residents and families about medications and potential side effects.
- Provide direction and mentorship to Nursing Assistants when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing department.
