Job summary

Brentwood by the Bay Assisted Living is seeking a part-time or per diem LPN to join our care team. Hours include every other weekend, with responsibilities such as patient assessment, medication assistance, rounds, and support for CNAs within an interdisciplinary plan of care.

The ideal candidate holds a RI nursing license, demonstrates compassion, reliability, and a strong work ethic, and has experience in assisted living settings. Excellent patient-centered care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties and supervise nursing partners as assigned.
• Work with interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop/update individualized plans of care.
• Maintain patient dignity and safety; assist patients to attain self-care goals.
• Make rounds with focus on high acuity patients and relieve other shifts as needed.
• Attend in-service education to learn new procedures and skills.
