• Coordinate health services and patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient health tracking, appointments, and medications.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health issues.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in team meetings.
• Conduct toxicology testing as needed and support Medicaid compliance.
