Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medication as ordered by MD.
• Conduct substance use assessments for participation in treatment.
• Follow up on health-related referrals.
• Maintain a patient health tracking system for appointments and medications.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health issues.
• Educate staff on health-related topics.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete documentation and reports promptly.
• Participate in staff meetings and case conferences.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to enhance services.
• Conduct toxicology testing as needed.
