Arbors at Fairlawn in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join as a part-time team member. The LPN coordinates and provides nursing care for residents, supervising clinical staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year experience in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members per resident needs and capabilities.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents as required.
• Coordinates nursing care when residents undergo therapy or procedures.
