Qualifications

• Pennsylvania licensed Pharmacist.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of orders
• Maintain security of the pharmacy
• Adhere to required delivery schedules
• Verify orders entered by technicians for accuracy
• Check for completeness of new and refill labels and orders
• Prepare and supervise sterile IV products if required
• Maintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs
• Follow DEA/state law and HIPAA requirements
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by location
