Qualifications

• 2–5 years of logistics experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or logistics preferred.
• Experience with ERP and TMS systems required.
• Strong Excel skills and IT affinity with warehouse systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm purchase orders and communicate with customers.
• Prepare bills of lading and verify against load sheets.
• Obtain export documents and generate ship tickets as needed.
• Monitor inventory and allocate using company system to support MRP.
• Become proficient in Transportation Management System and ERP usage.
• Contact trucking firms for rate quotes and scheduling outbound shipments.
• Report shortages or overages to appropriate resources.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
