Job summary

Grand Lake Casino is seeking a Lodge Housekeeper to maintain clean guestrooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces. You will ensure high-quality presentation, launder linens, and remove trash throughout the property while reporting any deficiencies to management.

This role requires basic cleaning knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A pre-employment drug screen is required and you must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and ensures the cleanliness of guestrooms, Business Center, and outdoor areas.
• Performs quality cleaning of all areas including room, bath area, windows, etc.
• Replaces and launders soiled linens and towels.
• Removes trash from rooms, outdoor trash containers, and cigarette containers.
• Checks property, equipment, and furniture for inadequacies and reports findings to management.
• Responds to biohazard situations, cleaning the area thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Replenishes supplies on housekeeping carts at the end of shift.
• Completes assignments with little or no supervision.

Must be at least 18 years of age.Physical Requirements — Must be able to see small objects in low lighting and tolerate cleaning chemicals without developing an allergic reaction. Must have the ability to twist, stoop, bend, squat, and use extensive and repetitive hand movements.
