Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous cleanliness of locker room, restrooms, and dry sauna.
• Monitor locker room activity to ensure policies and age guidelines are followed.
• Enforce sauna rules and safety policies.
• Address inappropriate behavior immediately and professionally.
• Restock locker room supplies as needed and report issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Complete hourly locker room walk-through logs.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence at the locker room entrance.
