Job summary

AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills in Raleigh, NC seeks a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby/public areas, restrooms, pool, and gym; replenishing supplies; assisting with laundry and delivering guest amenities; coordinating with Front Desk on suite status changes; and supporting pool/spa upkeep in line with health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
