Job summary

World Finance Auburn is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns while assisting customers with financial needs. This part-time role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
