Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with six years of secretarial/administrative experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years administrative experience as a substitute.
• Strong customer relations and communications, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, initiative, confidentiality, and ability to handle multiple tasks under stress.
• Word processing and spreadsheet software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for one or more Sr. level loan officers engaged in consumer/commercial loans.
• Type, file, answer phone, greet and assist customers and prospective customers via phone or email.
• Prepare loan documentation and follow up to ensure conformity to Bank's lending processes.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture and follow company policies.
