Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to complete all required airline and safety training.
• Aviation experience or 3+ months in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to support safe and timely flight departures.
• Calculate estimated zero fuel weight and transmit to flight dispatch.
• Prepare and review flight documentation such as checklists and logs.
• Verify cargo documents, loading instructions, and notify teams of errors.
• Communicate last-minute changes to cockpit crew.
• Track and report weight discrepancies or fuel impacts.
• Uphold safety standards based on load category and flight destination.
