Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to complete all required airline and safety training.
Aviation experience or 3+ months in a customer service role preferred.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with teams to support safe and timely flight departures.
Calculate estimated zero fuel weight and transmit to flight dispatch.
Prepare and review flight documentation such as checklists and logs.
Verify cargo documents, loading instructions, and notify teams of errors.
Communicate last-minute changes to cockpit crew.
Track and report weight discrepancies or fuel impacts.
Uphold safety standards based on load category and flight destination.
Skills
