Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Auction Coordinator I to support live auctions around Raleigh, NC. This part-time role involves on-site coordination, customer service, and helping to run auction days from setup to close.

You will interact with bidders, assist with paperwork, and use our software to capture customer information. The position offers training pay starting at $20/hr with increases after successful training, up to $27.50/hr as responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and tech-savviness for everyday auction operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with bidders and staff.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and co-host live auctions, on-site coordination, and bidder interaction.
• Manage auction day processes, equipment, and materials.
• Record customer information using our software and complete contracts.
• Provide on-site training and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure high quality, efficient execution of all tasks and procedures.
