Job summary

Oak View Group in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Concessions Worker to prepare and serve concessions items, pour beverages, handle cash, and ensure quality presentation. This part-time role pays $10.00–$12.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Benefits include 401(k) and 401(k) matching.

The position remains open until November 13, 2026. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ months in food service with cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn to operate a cash register and system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction.
• Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age for alcohol.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
