Job summary

The Station on Main, operated by Columbia Hospitality, Inc., is seeking a part-time Line Cook to prepare menu items, lead a small culinary team, and ensure sanitary, well-maintained kitchen areas. The role includes opening/closing procedures and accommodating guest needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 1+ year industry experience.
• Able to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures.
• Ability to lead a small team for banquet service.
• State Food Handler's License(s) required.
• Reading and presenting information to staff; basic comprehension of memos.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to recipes and guest specifications.
• Cooks proteins to designated temperatures with quality and consistency.
• Leads small culinary teams in banquet execution and daily prep.
• Follows food handling and storage regulations.
• Performs inventory and communicates replenishment needs to Chef team.
• Maintains sanitary and well-equipped kitchen areas.
• Directs line cooks during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Attends meetings and training; performs other duties as assigned.
