Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club in Aurora, Colorado, is excited to offer a part-time Line Cook position. You will perform culinary duties in a fast-paced hospitality environment, contributing to daily kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School education or its equivalent.
• Must have local health and alcohol awareness certification.
• Basic cooking skills required.
• Sauté and broiler skills required.
• Food handler’s certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen walk-in coolers and storage rooms.
• Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory as it arrives and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Prepares menu items in accordance with set standards and specifications.
• Promotes warmth, friendliness, and pride in the club to guests and staff.
• Operates in a safe manner at all times.
• Cooperates in performing any other duty deemed reasonable by management.
