• Knowledge of sanitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Expedite orders in a timely manner.
• Practice operational sanitation.
• Execute scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Help reduce loss and waste.
• Communicate equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participate in training efforts.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Check deliveries and report variances to chef.
• Verify that all coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Process inventory requisition and receive supplies as necessary.
• Prepare proper amount of food according to plans.
• Prepare items according to established recipes for consistency.
