Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen walk-in coolers and storage rooms.
• Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory and verify invoices.
• Prepare menu items according to set standards and specifications.
• Promote the club in a professional manner to guests and staff.
• Operate in a safe manner at all times.
• Assist with any other duties deemed reasonable by supervisor.
