Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and six core phrases.
• Know fitting room standards and assist as needed.
• Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure full-size runs are on the floor.
• Support management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
