Job summary

UNIQLO, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in New York. You will help meet sales targets, maintain store standards, and provide warm, product-aware service to customers.

The role includes cashier duties, stock replenishment, and supporting management on store initiatives. This position requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including bending, standing, twisting, squatting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and brand principles.
• Serve as cashier when needed following protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Support management to identify and resolve issues.
