Job summary

UNIQLO is hiring a sales associate in New York. You will meet sales targets while maintaining store presentation and brand standards. Provide excellent service following UNIQLO's service standards and six core phrases.

The role requires knowledge of fitting room procedures, cashiering when needed, and assisting with shipments to ensure full on-floor product availability. You will support management and share product knowledge with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to move around sales floor and stockroom with bending, twisting, squatting, climbing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and six phrases.
• Know fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure full size run on floor.
• Help management identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
