Job summary

Petersburg Family YMCA in Petersburg, Virginia is seeking part-time lifeguards to ensure the safety of members and program participants at our pool. We welcome certified lifeguards or swimmers willing to become lifeguards; training is provided if needed. Morning and afternoon availability is preferred, with a pay range of $15-$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old and CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
• Certification from American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard is required.

• Monitor activities and prevent unsafe situations.
