Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is seeking a lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers in our aquatics area. You will respond to emergencies, monitor activity, and uphold high standards of customer service in a busy educational environment.

The role requires current lifeguard certification and relevant first aid training, with the potential for additional certifications. Applicants should be prepared to work at least two shifts per week in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross, Ellis, YMCA or equivalent Lifeguard Training certification is required.
• First Aid, AED, and CPR-PR certifications are required.
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary lifeguarding duties as certified by American Red Cross.
• Respond to medical and non-medical emergencies in aquatics area.
• Monitor swimmer safety and enforce pool rules to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain proper chemical levels in pools and spa to ensure safe water quality.
• Complete cleaning duties and documentation as described in Employee Manuals.
