Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring Lifeguards for our corporate aquatics center in Neenah, Wisconsin. This part-time role includes 15 hours per week with no weekends, and offers a sign-on bonus plus certification reimbursement after 90 days.

You will monitor aquatic areas, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all members and guests, including guests of varying ages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED certification required; reimbursement after 90 days of employment.
• Meet HealthFitness Fitness and Skill standards.
• Pre-employment drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor water and pool areas to ensure safety.
• Enforce rules and provide customer friendly service.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and perform rescues if needed.
• Perform routine testing and documentation for water quality and equipment.
