Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current lifeguard training certification.
• Must have a community CPR certification.
• Must have a current standard first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety requirements are followed so members and guests enjoy a safe experience.
• Keep the pool, pool area, locker rooms and office area clean and neat.
• Understand and enforce pool rules tactfully.
• Attend all in-service training programs.
• Be knowledgeable about the emergency action plan, facilities, equipment, hours, and events.
