Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.
• Experience in Human Services preferred.
• Must pass Criminal History/Background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train individuals in community and program settings.
• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and support skill development.
• Provide safety oversight and manage transportation using company vehicles.
• Foster independence, communication, and daily living routines.
• Document incident reports and maintain logs.
