Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification

• Provide instruction in activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Transport to and from community resources and events.
• Teach new skills and support participation in the Life Skills Day Program.
