The Wealshire is seeking a Part Time Activity Assistant/Life Enrichment Aide at our Medina Community in Minnesota. Base pay is $20-22/hr, depending on experience. Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8:00pm, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Join a compassionate care team and bring musical or artistic talents to residents. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year as an Activity Assistant is preferred, with Long-Term Care/Memory Care experience a plus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience as an Activity Assistant preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care and Memory Care preferred.
• Musical or Artistic abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small, medium, and large resident group activities with the Life Enrichment team.
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies before each program and clean up afterward.
• Conduct one-to-one programs for residents who are low functioning.
• Clean and care for bird aviaries on Tuesdays and Saturdays or as directed by the Life Enrichment Director.
• Keep supplies and equipment neat, organized, and returned to their place.
• Assist and help feed residents at meal times as needed.
