The Wealshire is seeking a Part Time Activity Assistant/Life Enrichment Aide at Medina Community. You will lead resident activities, assist with room prep, and support memory-care residents to promote engagement and well-being.

Base pay is $20-$22 per hour, with hours 11:30am–8:00pm and the role requires every other weekend and every other holiday. Musical or artistic abilities are a plus and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience as an Activity Assistant is preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care and Memory Care is preferred.
• Musical or artistic abilities are a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead resident group activities of varying sizes.
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for programs.
• Conduct one-to-one programs for residents with lower functioning.
• Care for bird aviaries on assigned days.
• Keep supplies organized and restock as needed.
• Assist with feeding residents at meals when needed.
