Job summary

Leisure Living - Oliver Woods Assisted Living in Owosso, MI is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant. The role entails planning and conducting activities for residents, with a schedule of every other weekend and 20–22 hours per week, at a pay rate of $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication and execution of activities.
• Support Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks.
• Maintain resident safety while completing tasks and duties.
• Support setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and ensure safety practices.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook standards.
