Job summary

Therapists will work with children, adolescents, and families, collaborating with schools and community partners to support emotional, behavioral, and school-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and community partners.
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
