Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is seeking experienced contract therapists to provide individual, family, and group services to children and families in Toledo and Sylvania.

As independent contractors, you will manage your own schedule while delivering evidence-informed treatment, performing assessments, and coordinating care with schools and community partners. This role emphasizes ethical, client-centered care and flexible caseload opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience serving children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and clinical responsibilities independently.
• Reliable transportation to service Toledo and Sylvania areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-informed interventions based on client needs
• Help clients work toward measurable clinical goals
