Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health in Marion and Bowling Green is seeking compassionate, licensed Part-Time Therapists to provide meaningful behavioral-health services to children and families in the Marion and Bowling Green communities. This opportunity allows clinicians to maintain flexibility in weekly schedules while making a positive impact on emotional, behavioral, family, and school-related challenges.

You will work alongside educators, families, and behavioral-health professionals to deliver services

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation to assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve treatment goals
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
