Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist at Sierra Ridge Academy in San Andreas, California. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy and oversee treatment for students within a trauma-responsive program.

This role requires a current CA LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT license and the ability to complete documentation and coordination with the care team. Schedule is up to 20 hours per week with pay starts at $38–$40 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for students.
• Oversee treatment completion and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document progress notes, staffing reports, plans and discharge summaries.
